The Lava Cookie (Japanese: フエンせんべい Huen Rice Cracker) is a type of medicine introduced in Generation III. It is a local specialty of Lavaridge Town and cures a Pokémon from all non-volatile status conditions and confusion.

Effect
When used from the Bag on a Pokémon, it cures a Pokémon of all
non-volatile status conditions (poison, paralysis, sleep, burn, freeze) and confusion.

In The Final Battle I, Gold was seen eating some Lava Cookies at the Hoenn Battle Frontier. As it was the first time he came to Hoenn, he decided to try the region's famous delicacy, and found them delicious.
