It evolves from Eevee when it is leveled up on Route 217.

Physiology

Trivia
Origin
Glaceon is based on an Arctic fox.
Name origin
Its name may be derived from the French glace, meaning ice, or from the word glacier, a large, slow moving mass of ice. The -eon suffix, common to all Eevee evolutions, comes from Eevee's prototype English name and possibly refers to the ending suffix of evolution itself.
