Talk Page Comments

Removing talk page comments, including the initial welcome template, is prohibited per Bulbapedia's talk page policy. Please do not remove any comments in the future. If you wish to clean old comments away, you should archive your talk page instead. Thank you! --Turtwig A (talk | contribs) 19:54, 6 February 2010 (UTC)

Please read the above message. You are not allowed to remove talk page comments, failure to abide by the rules may result in your account being blocked. - Kogoro | Talk to me - 18:27, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

How much of this page can I eliminate? I am not a computer scientist. I don't know what I can or can't and you are confusing me more.--DialgaMaster105 19:02, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

I am trying only to get rid of the green stuff saying what I can do. And stuff to get me started.--DialgaMaster105 19:03, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

You cannot get rid of any of it. That has to stay there, until you archive your talk page. 梅子 19:06, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

How do I archive it?--DialgaMaster105 19:08, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

if you dont know what you are doing, then why would you want to get rid of something that can help you learn how to? -- MAGNEDETH 19:09, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

I don't have a MOVE Button at the top of the page.

Magnedeth all yur doing is being mean to a rookie--DialgaMaster105 19:13, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

Can u see the green?--DialgaMaster105 19:15, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

I know what I am doing I want to get rid of the instructions.--DialgaMaster105 19:16, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

i wasnt being mean, its being honest. the Welcome is there to help new people like yourself get into the site and make useful contributions without a problem. what you are doing is blatantly ignoring our advice. you clearly dont know how wiki editing works, and you should check out our policies before you get in trouble. -- MAGNEDETH 19:17, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

I am taking all your advice seriously and I looked at all the links and the policies.--DialgaMaster105 19:20, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

You may have looked at them, but did you read them? 梅子 19:22, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

i did read them--DialgaMaster105 19:23, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

When did I erase any comments?--DialgaMaster105 19:24, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

If thats what this is all about I didn't mean to.--DialgaMaster105 19:25, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

You erased the Welcome template. Three times. That's what this is about. 梅子 19:26, 8 February 2010 (UTC)
Yes, you did like she said, when in fact nothing is allowed to be removed from a talk page unless it is archived (which shouldn't be done until the page is MUCH bigger). Just don't do it again, and there won't be a problem. Virtual-Z 19:27, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

My question is "can you see my welcome template on your screen?--DialgaMaster105 19:28, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

Yes. Virtual-Z 19:28, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

I can't archive it beacause I don't see any move button.--DialgaMaster105 19:30, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

I don't recommend archiving this until this page has grown alot more. Trust me, having these comments left here and a welcome is no big deal. Don't even worry about them. Virtual-Z 19:32, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

It won't happen again geez I get it already. I got it the first time when I thought the Welcome Template was just the word Welcome --DialgaMaster105 19:33, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

Yes, I understand. But nothing is allowed to be removed from a talk page. It's just policy. Archiving when a page is not very big is frowned upon, too.Virtual-Z 19:34, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

By the way how did you get your names to appear like that???? --DialgaMaster105 19:35, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

Click "preferences" wayyyyy up top, and you'll see an area where you can make a custom signature. Just make sure to follow this simple stuff. Virtual-Z 19:38, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

did it work?--[THE MASTER OF TIME :D ] 19:44, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

You've got the concept down! Just remember that the name displayed has to actually clearly reference your actual username - I'm not sure if "Master of Time" is close enough to "DialgaMaster" to cut it... 梅子 19:45, 8 February 2010 (UTC)
Even something like "Dialga, The Master Of Time" would be fine. Virtual-Z 19:47, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

I wonder about this one--<span style="font-family:Verdana"><span style="background:#3300ff">[[DialgaMaster105|<span style="color:#cc0000">'''DialgaMaster'''</span>]][[User_Dialgamaster105|<span style="color:#9900cc">'''105'''</span>]]</span></span 19:55, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

Mind you, you can just type in "~~~~", then press the "preview" button instead of "save page". You'll be able to see how your signature turned out, without having to make an edit. Virtual-Z 19:57, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

Please...

You've been making too many edits to the User talk: namespace lately. Please take your conversations to the forums, a chatroom, e-mail, an IM service, or something similar, as that many edits will slow down the server. --梅子 19:18, 8 February 2010 (UTC)

Talk to me please

Please talk to me :( I need someone to talk to.

Hi

I noticed you have been editing the User: namespace a lot recently. You may not be aware of this, but Bulbapedia has a Userspace policy that asks users to try and minimize the number of userspace edits they make in a short period of time. Heavy editing of these personal pages can put undue stress on the server, so please leave your page alone for now and go help out in the mainspace. Bulbapedia is an encyclopedia, after all, so please help us to complete it! If you edit the mainspace more often, you will be allowed to edit your userpage more often too. Thanks! --ht14 01:43, 22 February 2010 (UTC)

Lately? This stuff was from like, a month ago.
