HOLY CRAP. A USER PAGE.
Haldo. I'm Darkeiya, whom you may or may not have seen around. Sometimes I do a bunch of batch edits to Bulbapedia, sometimes I mass-upload to the Archives, sometimes I just do a minor edit here and there. I'm not a particularly prominent editor, but I do lurk a lot. In other words, you may not know me but I probably know you-- or at least know of you. Just remember that I'm always watching. About MeMy real name is Christine, though I prefer being called Dark (or Darke, as some fellow Bulbapedians have taken to calling me). I've been a fan of Pokémon since 1998, when I first got Yellow Version along with a GameBoy Color. That game was the first video game I got to call my own, and it had me hooked. For the most part, I just strove to beat the Elite Four as fast as I could, but as time has progressed, I've grown to appreciate all of the various species of Pokémon, no matter how much some of them may creep me out, so now it's my goal to complete the Pokédex. Even if the closest I've ever come to that was about 138 Pokémon in Yellow Version... and we currently have over 500 of them to catch. Lovely, eh? Though I tend to train a variety of Pokémon, I do have a slight bias towards Ghost, Ice, Dark, and Flying Types. I've also had a liking towards Pokémon with unusual type combinations ever since Generation I, where the Kabuto line piqued my interest. This continued into Generation II, where I immediately fell in love with Sneasel and the Chinchou line, all the way through Generation IV with Rotom. Chances are pretty high that this trend will continue into Generation V and well beyond, and I don't have a single problem with that. Admittedly, unique type combinations can get put at a disadvantage in competition sometimes, but to quote Karen, "Truly skilled Trainers should try to win with the Pokémon they love best." So, really... who cares if your Vileplume could kick my Kabutops into next week? Chances are, I'll have a few tricks up my sleeves to counteract that. ContactNot like you'd want to talk to me, but eh, you can pop a stop over by my gallery if you're really bored. Or need something to laugh at. Whichever is your preference.
