Was Leaf Blade a physical or special attack in Generation III? File:Ani448MS.gifJmathFile:Ani447MS.gifTalkFile:Ani448MS.gif 09:21, 30 December 2007 (UTC)

well, in Gen III all grass type attacks were special, so, it was a special attack. File:Ani081MS.gifMAGNEDETHFile:Ani082MS.gifTALK Lightning-attack.pngMetal-attack.png RIDNEDOPTFile:Ani462MS.gif 15:56, 30 December 2007 (UTC)

All right

Why should we use 2 dashes instead of the number "1"? 1 is the lowest level any Pokémon can be at, and the 2 dashes say nothing. Absolutely nothing. --Chocolate 01:38, 22 October 2008 (UTC)

Well, I was just following how all the other moves were put in, like Pound, which was the example for the rest of the moves when converting to Platinum standard. I think it's been like that for ages, so there'd be no reason to change it anyway. =/ - s.Combusken 01:54, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
No reason to change it? You're kidding, right? --Chocolate 21:41, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
Well when it starts it will have the move, so in Gen III it will be at level 5 and in Gen IV it will be at level 1. Plus there were no eggs in Gen I. So keeping it with -- keeps it looking the same. So yeah it would be slightly confusing having it change between genrations. TESHIGIGAS 21:45, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
But the 2 dashes say absolutely nothing! --Chocolate 21:47, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
It's meant to mean at the start; whether it's level 1 or 5 or whatever. TESHIGIGAS 21:52, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
But there's no way to pronounce the 2 dashes. --Chocolate 21:53, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
It's a symbol. It represents at the start. TESHIGIGAS 21:55, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
But still, it can't be pronounced. --Chocolate 21:57, 22 October 2008 (UTC)

Do you pronounce ~? It's called a tilde but you don't say squiggle everytime you see it. Ask an admin if you're that adamant about changing it. To be honest it should be changed to Start. So you're right in a way. TESHIGIGAS 22:02, 22 October 2008 (UTC)

All right, I will. --Chocolate 22:05, 22 October 2008 (UTC)
