Trivia
- Despite Hitmonchan being the only Pokémon able to have this ability prior to Generation V, it cannot learn Dizzy Punch, Hammer Arm, Meteor Mash and Shadow Punch in Generations III or IV.
- Hitmonchan could learn Dizzy Punch in Generation II, if it was known by it as a Tyrogue hatched from the Odd Egg in Pokémon Crystal.
- Sucker Punch is not boosted by Iron Fist, since it is originally ふいうち (Surprise Attack) in Japanese.
- Similarly, Meteor Mash is boosted because it is known as コメットパンチ (Comet Punch) in Japanese, while Comet Punch is called れんぞくパンチ (Consecutive Punch).
