Skyla (Japanese: フウロ Fuuro) is the Gym Leader of Mistralton City's Gym, known officially as the Mistralton Gym. She specializes in Template:Type2 Pokémon. She gives the Jet Badge to Trainers who defeat her.
In the games
Skyla appears in Pokémon Black and White as the Gym Leader of Mistralton City's gym. This gym is the sixth to be challenged by the player. Trainers who defeat Skyla will receive the Jet Badge, along with TM62 (Acrobatics).
She first appears in Mistralton as the player arrives in the town, where she heads off to the Celestial Tower to the north. After the player talks to her and rings the bell at the top of the tower, she heads back to the gym. She also reappears at N's Castle where she and the other Unova Gym Leaders hold off the Seven Sages. In the summer, she visits Cynthia at Undella Town.

- Her "hair barrette" seems to resemble an airplane propeller.
- Skyla is the first of the Unova Gym Leaders whose Pokémon don't all know the TM that she gives to the player upon their victory (with only her Swoobat knowing Acrobatics).
