(Japanese: アキヒロ Akihiro) is a recurring character of the Pokémon anime. He first appeared in BW090 where he participated in the Pokémon World Tournament Junior Cup. His first opponent was Shiozaki whom he defeated and advanced to the second round of the tournament.

Cinccino was the first Pokémon that Akihiro used in the Junior Cup. It was able to defeat Shiozaki's Zebstrika and advance its Trainer to the second round.
Cinccino's only known move is Giga Impact.
