History
Purugly is the third Pokémon seen on Mars's team. Despite its large build, Purugly is a powerful battler than can hold its own in battles (although it can be comically be seen struggling trying to climb up a small step at one point). It was used to cut the windmill that Mars had stolen so that they can use it to fly away. She later used Purugly to battle Diamond. It easily defeated his Drifblim. It also battled Crasher Wake and Gardenia's Pokémon on the Spear Pillar. It was last seen lying next to its master, defeated.
