Palkia (Japanese: パルキア Palkia) is a Water/Dragon-type Legendary Pokémon.
Palkia is the version mascot of Pokémon Pearl, appearing on the boxart.
Palkia's signature move is Spacial Rend.
Biology
Physiology
Palkia looks less dinosaur-like than Dialga, as it stands upright and possesses wings, although it does not possess the ability to fly more than a couple feet off the ground. It has plates on its shoulder area, where two pink pearls reside. Palkia has a long neck and a powerful tail.
Gender differences
Palkia is genderless.
Special abilities
Palkia has the ability to warp space. In the Pearl version of the game, it is mentioned on the statue in Eterna City that it can create alternate realities.
Although it is not an ability, it should be noted that, because of Palkia's type, its only weakness is the dragon type.
Palkia is the only Pokémon that can utilize the Lustrous Orb.
Palkia is the only Pokémon capable of learning Spacial Rend naturally.
Behavior
Like Dialga, Palkia lives in a different dimension, making its behavior nearly impossible to study.
Habitat
Legends say that it lives "in the gaps of space which are aligned in parallel."

Palkia also makes a cameo in the Japanese version of the Diamond and Pearl theme song.
