Stoked Sparksurfer (Japanese: ライトニングサーフライド Lightning Surf Ride) is a Z-Move. It was introduced in Generation VII.

Effect

Stoked Sparksurfer does damage.

Learnset

Raichu can use Stoked Sparksurfer if it holds a specific Z-Crystal, and if its Trainer wears a Z-Ring with a corresponding Z-Crystal set in it.
