The Battle Ruler Theme Deck from the Fates Collide expansion of the Pokémon Trading Card Game focuses on Fighting and Grass type Pokémon.

Like other Theme Decks, Battle Ruler includes damage counters, a custom coin, one two-player mat, a Zygarde deckbox, and a TCGO deck access code.
