Welcome!
The name's RedHailfire, and I'm a current user of Bulbapedia. I joined this site on February 23, 2017, and my main goal is to fix all redlinks and make sure all pages keep continuity. I also try to make sure that every page is perfectly clear, so when people come to read pages on Bulbapedia, they will easily understand each and every sentence. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I tend to get extremely irritated when I find something on a page that looks out of place.
All Pokémon have a special place in my heart, for I've been a huge fan of the Pokémon games ever since I received my very first game in the series: Pokémon Pearl. Since I have always enjoyed numerous water-based activities in real life, I chose Piplup as my starter. I thought Piplup was pretty cute, and he managed to get the job done. Prinplup came along later and impressed me with his cool design, so when he finally evolved into the even cooler Empoleon, I instantly fell in love. Empoleon's unique typing of Water/Steel made him resistant to most other types, and his Ice Beam defeated Cynthia's Garchomp in one shot. Empoleon has been my favorite Pokémon ever since.
My second Pokémon game, Pokémon White, was a blast to play. I chose the adorable Oshawott because he was a Water-type. Dewott had a sweet design, and Samurott's design was even better. Samurott is another one of my favorite Pokémon, but I feel like he should have Fighting as his secondary type. I later encountered a Simisear during my journey, and he quickly became my favorite Fire-type Pokémon after seeing his funky design.
I never owned Pokemon X or Pokemon Y, but I watched many playthroughs online. I began to admire Trevenant, who is currently my favorite Grass-type Pokémon. His Hidden Ability, Harvest, makes him very strong when holding a Sitrus Berry.
