The Power of One is a CD single with two tracks released on October 31, 2000 by Atlantic Records. Additionally, a maxi-single containing four different versions of the same song, The Power of One, was also released on CD and 12" vinyl. A promotional-only two-LP set with eight tracks was also released.

The CD cover art is similar to that of the movie soundtrack, but features Donna Summer, who performed the song.
