Bill is a Pokémon Researcher, widely regarded as an expert in many fields, who makes many appearances in both the games and the anime. Bill is commonly in his lighthouse, which is north of Cerulean City. He is most notable for his first entrance in the Red, Blue, and Yellow Versions, his Pokémon storage system, and his posession of the Evolution Stones. Bill is also a major player in the Evolutions: Destinies game.
