An overview of the Workout Sea's dens

Active dens can have a weak, red pillar of light or a strong, purple pillar of light. Dens with a purple pillar are rarer and may contain Pokémon from the "rare pools" below, while those with a red pillar may contain Pokémon from the "common pools".

If Wild Area News is active, any den may select Pokémon from its pool instead; if this happens, the den activates with a red pillar of light just like the den's common pool.

A

IoA Workout Sea den A SwSh.jpg

This den is on the top half of the islet that can be reached by heading for the islet directly opposite Armor Station, then, with your back facing Armor Station, turning slightly left and swimming towards the longer islet directly ahead.

B

IoA Workout Sea den B SwSh.jpg

This den is to the left of the island with three trees. It can be reached by first heading to Den A, then turning so the mainland is on your left. In the distance, there's an island with three trees. Slightly left, there’s another small, circle-shaped islet. Head for the islet first, then travel straight ahead to the den.
