The Pokémon Scarlet ART Book and Pokémon Violet ART Book are art books for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet published by OVERLAP, Inc. in 2022. The books were included as pre-order bonuses at Pokémon Centers in Japan and Singapore. The contents of both are nearly identical, with only a few artworks being exclusive to one or the other.

Contents

The artwork of both books is split up into two sections, standardized stock and promotional art, as well as concept art from in-development.

Pokémon

Official artwork for several new Pokémon are included in both books: Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Quaxly, Smoliv, Lechonk, Pawmi, Fidough, Wiglett , Cetitan, Grafaiai, Klawf, Cyclizar, and Paldean Wooper.

The Scarlet version also includes: Armarouge, and Koraidon

The Violet version also includes: Ceruledge, and Miraidon

Characters

Both artworks include promotional artwork of Florian, Juliana, Clavell, Arven, Nemona, Penny, Grusha, Brassius, Mela, and a Team Star Grunt.

The Scarlet version specifically includes: Both player characters in their Naranja Academy outfits, Clavell in his Naranja Academy outfit, and the male Team Star Grunt

The Violet version specifically includes: Both player characters in their Uva Academy outfits, Clavell in his Uva Academy outfit, and the female Team Star Grunt

Locations

Both books include official art of The Naranja Academy or Uva Academy, Mesagoza, Cabo Poco, Player's house, Nemona's house, and the Pokémon Centers. The art of some locations is different based on the version, such as the flags and and emblems of the academies.
