Trivia
- Janine's Crobat knows both Hypnosis and Brave Bird, an illegal Egg Move combination, as Crobat couldn't have both moves at the same time prior to Generation VI, because only male parents could pass Egg Moves at the time and no Pokémon in the Flying Egg Group can learn them simultaneously.
- Janine's Crobat and Castor's Dustox know Toxic, even though it will always fail against the player's Pokémon due to them being limited to using Poison types in this tournament, unless they use a move or Ability to change their type mid-battle.
