Hi there

Hey! Thanks for contributing to the Tatusgiri page! Just thought I'd let you know that you can use the Preview button (next to the Save button) to preview your edits before saving, so that you can publish them all in one go. It really helps limit the number of edits and makes it easier to track page histories while also reducing stress on the server. Give it a try! Landfish7 23:28, 17 April 2023 (UTC)

Hi just wanted to circle back on the message I left you a few days ago. Have you tried my advice? It really does help us out a lot, such as with preventing the Recent Changes log from getting clogged up. If you have any questions, consider asking a staff member. They're here to help! It comes to my attention you tend to edit on mobile. The mobile site automatically brings up a preview, and you can press the back button on the top left to go back and make more changes. Hope this helps! Landfish7 11:17, 20 April 2023 (UTC)

Hello! Sorry, I just saw these messages now. I will take your advice about the preview feature, thank you. I do know how to use it but I did not know that it was important for me to minimize the edit quantities, so I will endeavor to do so now. Veledwin (talk) 13:27, 20 April 2023 (UTC)

The Preview Button

Instead of editing a page several times in a row, try using the preview button to make sure your edit looks the way you want it to. It's right next to the Save Page button. Please try it out, so as not to clog up the Recent Changes. Also, if you want to edit multiple sections of the page, make sure that you click "edit this page" at the top of the page rather than editing it by section. Basculin

You seem to be involved in an edit war on the Basculin page with TurtwigFan4848, if someone keeps making edits and someone keeps reverting them, this is what we consider an edit war. If this happens, we prefer members to use the talk pages to explain any reasoning in why they think an edit is or isn't needed. I did use the talk page prior to that and I used the Editor’s Summary extensively to explain any reasoning, which TurtwigFan4848 has ignored repeatedly and failed to do themselves. They seem to be biased towards White-Stripe Basculin being a regional form since they keep adding incorrect information despite failing to come up with any sound reasoning for their edits.
