In Japan, it was released as a S-P Promotional card and was available as part of a Pokémon Card Friendly Shop campaign starting December 3, 2021. Participating stores designated Pokémon Card Friendly Shops gave this card to customers who purchased at least ¥990 worth of eligible Pokémon TCG products.
