Even if his shortened name in the US is Wake, is his full name still "Crasher Wake", in the same way "Maximum Mask" is shortened to "Maxi" in Japanese? --Zeta 16:57, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

Well, it's what he's almost always referred to (and before we knew Wake, it was at Maxi, right? Not "Maximum Kamen" or anything).--Loveはドコ? 17:07, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

Well yes, but my point is we generally list character articles under their full names. IE Steven Stone instead of "Steven". --Zeta 16:43, 23 April 2007 (UTC)

Not just that, it says on the Gym's sign and in other places Crasher Wake instead of Wake. --TTEchidna 06:54, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
Agreed. Crasher Wake it is. - 振霖T 08:28, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

Cassius does not have the power to delete images. It's the Θρtιmαtum♏Talk|Links14:02 1 Jun 2008
Kuki meant the link to the image, not the image itself. - Cassius335 16:44, 1 June 2008 (UTC)

No Mawile?

Darn. TTEchidna 01:46, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

Mawhile? What's that Steel-type-that-should-have-been-a-Dark-type got to do with anything? - unsigned comment from Cassius335 (talkcontribs)
TTE is just obsessed with Strong Bad and thinks that the Japanese writers would actually give the Water Gym Leader a Kucheat. --FabuVinny |Talk Page| 11:27, 6 June 2008 (UTC)
I want Mawile to appear again too, but with a Water Gym Leader it just seems....out there 0_0 --Ricco 17:41, 19 July 2008 (UTC)

Anime pic redo

Could we get a better anime pic that doesn't look all weird. All the other gym leaders in Sinnoh have better face pictures. --Ricco 17:41, 19 July 2008 (UTC)

We could get one that shows his relative height to the others. --FabuVinny |Talk Page| 18:50, 19 July 2008 (UTC)

Something about the Trivia bit

I don't get the part which says that Crasher Wake was the first Gym Leader he battled and won without any of his Pokémon fainting. Is this trivia for Sinnoh only? If it's not, then we should consider Ash's battle against Wattson. JirachiWishmaker0802 18:56 08 August 2008 (UTC)

That really didn't count because Pikachu was all powered up thanks to that robotic Raikou. He didn't win fairly. Wattson just let him get away with it because he inspired him to be a Gym leader again. --ケンジガール 11:10, 8 August 2008 (UTC)

Antonio?

That his name? TTEchidna 23:37, 10 September 2008 (UTC)

Trivia

Does the following make no sense to anyone else?

  • Since Pokémon Platinum switched up the order of the Gyms encountered, Crasher Wake is technically the fourth Gym Leader in the anime to be challenged by Ash out of sequence with the games, though Ash encountered him in the correct sequence according to Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.

Um... games? There are only three games (Diamond, Pearl and Platinum). Ash is using D&P order. How does Platinum having it's own order suddenly make Ash "out of order in the games"? - Cassius335 16:05, 26 October 2008 (UTC)

Games is in the general sense. Out of all the Pokémon games to have been released, Crasher Wake is the fourth gym leader to be battled out of order. According to Platinum, Ash is not following the usual order, but not if we are considering Diamond and Pearl. Jmath 16:11, 26 October 2008 (UTC)
