Feebas (Japanese: ヒンバス Hinbass) is a Water-type Pokémon.
Feebas evolves into Milotic by maxing out its Beauty condition, which is achieved through feeding it Pokéblocks.
Pokédex entries
- Pokémon Ruby
- Feebas's fins are ragged and tattered from the start of its life. Because of its shoddy appearance, this Pokémon is largely ignored. It is capable of living in both the sea and in rivers.
- Pokémon Emerald
- Feebas live in ponds that are heavily infested with weeds. Because of its hopelessly shabby appearance, it seems as if few Trainers raise it.
Name origin
Feebas's name is a combination of feeble, or small and weak, and bass. Its Japanese name is a combination of 貧 hin, poor, and bass.
As its name suggests, Feebas is probably based on a bass.
Fee could also mean as in money like it is very hard to find or it is as bad as Magicarp

In the games
In the games, Feebas is an extremely rare Pokémon, one that can only be found by fishing on one of six tiles randomly scattered throughout Route 119's water tiles. These six tiles are randomly generated for each game, and randomly change when the Trendy Phrase in Dewford Town changes after the first time.
