Felicity

Felicity (Japanese: スージー Susie) is a character who appears in Diamond, Pearl, and Platinum. She operates the Jubilife TV Daily Lotto. In Diamond and Pearl, she allows the player to draw a lotto ticket only once. In Platinum, she allows the player to have the number read to them as many times as they wish, allowing them to obtain a new Pokémon with an ID matching the lotto ticket's.

She goes unnamed in Diamond and Pearl; her name was revealed on the TCG card Felicity's Drawing. It was also used later in Platinum version, and she also shares the name with Persian's Bank in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red and Blue Rescue Team.
