This figure was available as an Achievement Reward during the June 21 to 26, 2018 and September 27 to October 1, 2018 Queen's Cups. It was also available as a Reward from the December 25 to 27, 2018 Dev Showdown.

Origin
This figure features the Alolan form of Sandshrew. Snow Cloak is an Ability in the Pokémon games that Alolan Sandshrew can have. Protect and Icicle Spear are moves in the games that Alolan Sandshrew can learn, the former via TM and the latter by breeding. Corkscrew Crash and Subzero Slammer are Z-Moves in the games that Alolan Sandshrew can use by equipping Steelium Z and Icium Z, respectively.
