Ampharos (Japanese: デンリュウ Denryu) is a Lightning-type Stage 2 Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the Secret Wonders expansion.
Card text
|
After your opponent plays a Supporter card from his or her hand, put 1 damage counter on each of your opponent's Pokémon. You can't use more than 1 Jamming Poké-Body each turn.

You may discard all Energy attached to Ampharos. If you do, this attack does 20 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon that has any Energy cards attached to it. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Release information
This card was included in the Secret Wonders expansion with artwork by Kouki Saitou, first released in the Japanese Shining Darkness expansion. A Non Holo variant was included in the Powerhouse Theme Deck. It was reprinted in POP Series 7 with different artwork by the same artist, previously released in the Japanese Dialga LV.X Constructed Standard Deck. A Cosmos Holofoil variant of the POP Series 7 print was one of two cards available in the Collector's Box, released in December 2008.

Jamming's Japanese name is that of Interference, an Ability later introduced in Pokémon Conquest that Ampharos can have. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Diamond and Pearl.
