Effect
The Berry Pouch holds the Berries the player collects in place of the Berries pocket introduced in Pokémon Ruby and Sapphire.
In Generation V, the bag pockets are referred to as "cases", and are depicted in-game as a series of different containers, one of which includes a separate pouch for Berries, perhaps alluding to the Berry Pouch from Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen.

- The earliest the player can obtain the Berry Pouch is by obtaining a Pokémon holding a Berry from a trade. Otherwise, the first obtainable Berry is on Route 3.
