Release information

This card was included in the Brilliant Stars expansion, first released as one of the Japanese S-P Promotional cards. In Japan, it was one of seven possible cards available in Pokémon Card Gym Promo Card Pack 7, which was distributed at Pokémon Card Gym venues able to do so from September 2021. This print features the Pokémon Card Gym logo.

Trivia

Based on the release schedules of previous Pokémon Card Gym Promo Card Packs, it is likely this card would have been available alongside the dual Skyscraping Perfection and Blue Sky Stream expansion on July 9, 2021. However, due to the delay of Promo Card Packs 5 and 6 amid COVID-19 restrictions, Promo Card Pack 7 did not become available until September. As a result, this card was officially released first in Taiwan and Hong Kong as a Traditional Chinese-language S-P Promotional card in early August 2021.

Origin

Dragon Strike is an attack that first appeared on Rayquaza-EX from Roaring Skies.
