Easy-to-Build Grass Deck (TCG)
The Easy-to-Build Grass Deck is a predominantly type deck found in the Team Rocket Strategy Guide. The deck is considered easy-to-build as it contains few rare cards, with the aim that a player of any age or skill level could complete it.
Description
Using Challenge!, you should be able to get all four Koffings onto your Bench pretty early. Then use the Boss's Way to get Dark Weezing. Now you can use Mass Explosion to do 80 damage. You can attack twice before any of your Koffings will get Knocked out. After the second Mass Explosion, use Pokémon Center to heal all of your Pokémon!
Gust of Wind lets you choose which of your opponent's Pokémon you attack. With Dark Muk as your Active Pokémon, those Pokémon have to pay more to retreat. Dark Muk's Sludge Punch should finish most Pokémon off before they can afford to retreat.
If your opponent is playing a deck that relies on Trainer cards, use The Boss's Way to get Dark Vileplume. If you keep Dark Vileplume on your Bench where it's safe, its Pokémon Power shouldn't stop working. If your opponent's deck uses Fighting Pokémon, Scyther has Resistance to Fighting and can be put on your Bench using Challenge!.
