Evan Maltby is a voice actor for the English dub of the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Maltby was born and is currently living in New York. He became a voice actor as an adult and joined the anime during Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon. There, he gained his first role as Team Skull boss Guzma.
