The Giratina vs Dialga Deck Kit (Japanese: 対戦スターターパック ギラティナVSディアルガ Competition Starter Pack Giratina VS Dialga) is a Japanese-exclusive Half Deck Deck Kit that complements the Intense Fight in the Destroyed Sky expansion of cards of the Pokémon Trading Card Game.
Information
The Deck Kit consists of two Half Decks, Giratina and Dialga, both of which are two main Pokémon featured in Giratina and the Sky Warrior, upon which the set is themed. The majority of these cards could not be found in the main expansion. Those that were not were added to the main set when the English version was made. A number of cards originating from this kit were delayed when printed in English to tie in with the English movie release. In the same fashion as the complementing expansion, each of the Half Decks once again have their own numbering system and collection symbol.
Like other Half Decks, the Giratina vs Dialga Deck Kit also includes a rulebook, damage counters, status counters, and a custom coin. The coin features Shaymin, a Pokémon also featured in Giratina and the Sky Warrior, as well as the main expansion.
