Igglybuff (Japanese: ププリン Pupurin) is a Colorless-type Baby Pokémon card. It is one of the Wizards Black Star Promos.

If this Baby Pokémon is your Active Pokémon and your opponent announces an attack, your opponent flips a coin (before doing anything else). If tails, your opponent's turn ends.

This card was released as a Wizards Black Star Promo through the Pokémon League in May 2001. In Japan, it was one of two Unnumbered Promotional cards given away to patrons of the Japanese theatrical screening of Spell of the Unown: Entei, released on July 8, 2000.
