Kazuki Yao

Kazuki Yao (Japanese: 矢尾一樹 Yao Kazuki) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime.

Biography

Yao was born on June 17, 1959, in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. He became a voice actor as an adult and led a long, prolific voice acting career, becoming known for a variety of roles in anime series. Yao voiced one of his best-known roles as Canalave City Gym Leader Byron, during Pokémon the Series: Diamond and Pearl of the Pokémon anime. Azuma is currently affiliated with Max Mix.
