Kazuyuki Okitsu (Japanese: 興津和幸 Okitsu Kazuyuki) is a Japanese voice actor for the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Okitsu was born on March 8, 1980, in Awaji Island, Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. Okitsu first worked on the anime during Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon. His only role so far is Ulu, Mallow's brother.
