Kei Mochizuki (Japanese: 望月けい Mochizuki Kei) is a Japanese illustrator and artist on the Pokémon series. His first contribution was as a guest artist for Pokémon Masters EX,[2] followed by contributions to Project VOLTAGE in 2023 onwards.
