You may do 40 damage plus 10 more damage for each Energy attached to Manectric. If you do, Manectric does 10 damage to itself.

This card was included in the EX Deoxys expansion with artwork by Hajime Kusajima, first released in the Japanese Rayquaza Constructed Starter Deck. It was also the Prerelease promo for the EX Deoxys expansion.
