Mari Inoue is a freelance illustrator[1] and artist for the Pokémon series, beginning with the Chapter 15 art for Pokémon Masters EX in 2020.[2] Since then, she's primarily been a merchandise artist for the TCG, though has never drawn any card artwork, despite submissions to various Illustration contests.
She draws digitally, opting to use Adobe Photoshop as her application of choice.[1]
