This card was released as a Wizards Black Star Promo through the Pokémon League in September 2001. In Japan, it was available as an Unnumbered Promotional card and was included in Volume 9 of Pokémon Card Trainers magazine, released on December 1, 2000.

Trivia

  • This Japanese print features the Awakening Legends symbol, indicating that it is a promotional addition to the expansion.
