After losing a territorial struggle, Wooper began living on land. The Pokémon changed over time, developing a poisonous film to protect its body.

Release information

This card was included as a Regular card and a Full Art illustration rare card in the Paldea Evolved expansion, first released in the Japanese Triplet Beat subset. The Regular print features artwork by Kouki Saitou, while the Full Art illustration rare print features artwork by Miki Tanaka. The Regular print was reprinted, alongside a new print with artwork by Nisota Niso featuring the Shiny version of Paldean Wooper, in the Japanese Shiny Treasure ex subset. These prints were then included in the Paldean Fates expansion.
