Trivia
- Atsushi Nagashima, the game director of the TCG, described the background story of the card as Charizard having fought valiantly against multiple enemies, Reshiram acknowledging Charizard's strength, and then arriving to save Charizard. Mitsuhiro Arita had originally drawn an illustration in which Reshiram breathed red fire like Charizard, but changed Reshiram's fire to blue after receiving a suggestion from the art director.[1]
Origin
Outrage is a move in the Pokémon games that both Reshiram and Charizard can learn, the latter via TM39. Double Blaze is the name of the Japanese expansion in which Reshiram & Charizard-GX was first released.
