This card was first released as part of the EX Hidden Legends expansion, originating from the Undone Seal expansion in Japan. It was later included in the Metagross Constructed Starter Deck and Shockwave! Tyranitar ex Constructed Standard Deck in Japan, as well as the EX Power Keepers expansion, the World Champions Pack in Japan.

Steven is a powerful Trainer in the Pokémon games who the player meets several times throughout their journey. He goes on to become the Champion of the Hoenn League for a time.
