Details

When the user's Speed is lowered to a negative stat value, the effects of the negative stat value on Speed are reduced. The skill can range from Sudden Sprint 1 to Sudden Sprint 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater mitigation in the effects of a stat reduction in Speed.
