Riolu version exclusivety

I am playing through Explorers Of Darkness and I have found Riolu. Please change the version exclusivety from Time only to Darkness, too. --Jachi 10:23, 30 December 2011 (UTC)

Just to be sure, the Version exclusive says: "Certain Pokémon are only in certain versions. However, if the player unlocks an exclusive Pokémon that is not from their version through Wonder Mail, they will be in the same place they would be in the game they were originally exclusive to." Joy Ribbon

Well, I've been looking for a Riolu on Explorers of Sky, and around 2F-5F [no quite sure now] I've found a lonely Joy Ribbon lying in the cave. No Kecleons around, no monster house guarding. And it's definitely not a dream or mirage, because I see it now in my inventory. Now I don't know, can it be found like that normally, or something unlocks after beating the game?
