Why?

Why was this 'x defeated y' thing removed. It's in every other episode which mentions a gym battle. I want a real reason and not this 'because bla said this'.--×Impoleon xy× 12:06, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

@Impoleon:Because it isn't a major event. The important thing that happens in the episode is Ash defeats 'x' gym leader and wins 'x' badge. The details for the match should be in the synopis section. J-J-M 12:13, 19 April 2009 (UTC)

This bit of trivia can be added...

As of this episode, all of Tomoko Kawakami's roles in the anime (like the Sinnoh Pokédex) will be taken over by Satsuki Yukino due to the former's illness to ovarian cancer, which Kawakimi would succomb to on June 9, 2011.
