Should this page also say that the sun lasts for five turns after the Pokemon with Drought is withdrawn? Same goes for pages on Sand Stream and Drizzle. Gastlys mama 11:40, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
- I'm pretty sure that weather-inducing abilities effects last the entire battle, unless replaced by another weather move or ability. Trainer-c 11:47, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
- If Groudon, Kyogre, Hippowdon or Snover die, though, their effects stay for five turns as if Sunny Day, Rain Dance, Sand Stream or Hail had been used. Unless, of course, another move or ability is activated before the five turns are up. A note would most definitely be beneficial here. Put it on the Snow Warning page too. — THE TROM — 11:59, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
Drought and Drizzle
What happens if a Groudon and a Kyogre are sent together in battle at the same time? Which effect will take precedence? Will it go according to whichever Pokémon is faster? Puceron 01:48, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
- The effect that takes precedence is based on whichever 'mon is slower. The faster Pokémon's ability goes first, let's say, a Kyogre is faster. Kyogre's Drizzle goes up. Groudon's Drought is second, which removes the Drizzle effect, and brings out sun. That's how it works. If you switch that Kyogre out and back in, Drizzle takes over again. That's pretty much how the mechanic works. Ruscour 09:58, 11 November 2010 (UTC)
Trick room
What happens if two pokemon with weather-summoning abilities are sent out at once? (I know that the slower Pokemon's ability takes priority, but is this affected by Trick Room?) Tk3141 02:18, 3 April 2012 (UTC)
