Per the manual of style's guidance on plural article titles, this article should be moved to Fan-made card, as it is a specific group, and it is not a group named "Fan-made Cards" like how we have Rocket Brothers. Additionally, it is an article that explores the broader subject, and does not list and describe multiple instances of the group or its members.
