Talk:Gluttony (Ability)
50% HP
You sure Gluttony makes the user eat it's berry at 50% of it's max HP instead of 25% of it's max HP? Because last time I noticed a Pokemon ALWAYS eat it's berry at 50% of it's max HP if it's an Oran or Sitrus Berry. You sure it doesn't make the user eat it at 75% of it's max HP? - That's a good point, I've noticed that Sitrus Berries (and probably all HP-restoring berries) activate at 50% HP myself. ----Stratelier 04:48, 25 June 2011 (UTC)
In anime
In A Call for Brotherly Love!, has don't been said that pansear has the ability. Pawel10s (talk) 09:37, 17 November 2012 (UTC) PS. Sorry for my english.
- Actually, Cilan directly states it when he evaluates Pansear. ★Jo the Marten★ ಠ_ಠ♥ 09:46, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
Unclear wording
"Gluttony causes the Pokémon to eat a held Berry at 50% HP or lower, rather than the usual 25% HP or lower. Gluttony has no effect on the use of HP-restoring Berries like the Oran Berry and Figy Berry, which are normally eaten at 50% HP or less." - So, what Berries does this ability affect? --Flicky1991 21:51, 22 December 2013 (UTC)
- All Berries that are usually eaten when HP is 25% or lower, i.e. all Berries from Liechi to Starf, Micle and Custap. I don't see how the wording is unclear.--電禅Den Zen 22:44, 22 December 2013 (UTC)
- I think there is one problem with the word "usual" in the sentence. Usual seems to at least imply a majority or a larger group of the berries than the rest. However, comparing the list that Dennou Zenshi provided to the Generation V berries, there are only nine berries out of sixty-four berries that this ability can be used with. The type-resistant Berries take up a larger space on the list than the ones provided. I think that a list should be provided on which berries are affected by the ability. --Super goku (talk) 23:29, 22 December 2013 (UTC)
Inconsistent icon/name
In the "In the anime" section, it shows the icon of Pansage, however it says Cilan's Pansage below it but Pansear next to the icon. Which is it supposed to be, Pansear or Pansage?
