I think Pumpkaboo will evolve soon

The movie poster for the upcoming movie features the casts' Pokémon and shows a Gourgeist instead of a Pumpkaboo. I think that's saying that Jessie's Pumpkaboo will evolve. Should this page be protected until then? --PKMNAdventurer (talk) 19:03, 15 December 2014 (UTC)

I would say so. Considering its proximity to Inkay, Wobbuffet, and Meowth, not to mention the lack of Pumpkaboo on same poster, the evidence all points in that direction. - unsigned comment from Missingno. Master (talkcontribs) 18:30, 21 December 2014 (UTC)
The page was semi-protected a couple of days ago. We'll increase the protection as needed. --Pokemaster97 20:34, 21 December 2014 (UTC)

Personalty

It shown no problem seeing its trainer not in Team Rocket like showing tearing like James and Meowth at all.FlameScar (talk) 21:27, 5 March 2015 (UTC)

Notable?

Is it notable to say that Pumpkaboo is the only Pokémon currently owned by Jessie and James whose trainer hasn't attempted to release it? I thought I'd check here first. Sneaking from page to page... It's the page-editing purple ghost... Gengarzilla! 22:00, 15 April 2015 (UTC)

Give it till the end of the series.--ForceFire 03:43, 16 April 2015 (UTC)

Pumpkaboo's going to evolve soon

The latest ending, Roaring All-Stars, revealed some new spoilers. One of them features a Gourgeist in place of Pumpkaboo. That means Pumpkaboo's gonna evolve soon. Should this page be protected until then? --PKMNAdventurer (talk) 13:04, 16 April 2015 (UTC)

I believe there's still semi-protection up from the last time Pumpkaboo was suspected to evolve. I'm no staff member but that sounds like it's all we can do for the time being, until a possible episode comes up for this. Sneaking from page to page... It's the page-editing purple ghost... Once the episode it [apparently] evolves in is revealed, it won't get full protection yet.--ForceFire 03:20, 17 April 2015 (UTC)
Well, Pumpkaboo's evolution has been hinted at the start of this year, but no fully protection was given. The reason is very similar to Ash's Goomy, what ForceFire mentioned. Raymond 06:22, 19 April 2015 (UTC)
Will be interesting if Pumkaboo does evolve as it requires trading in the games, will the anime keep with in game evolution User:BigDocFan

Is it likely that Pumpkaboo is going to evolve in XY082, given the aforementioned spoilers and the title of the episode? Or is it too soon to tell? AGGRON989 16:24, 21 June 2015 (UTC)
Personally, that title points me towards the conclusion that it would be released or attempted to. Japan's episode titles can be misleading at times. Sneaking from page to page... It's the page-editing purple ghost... Gengarzilla! 18:52, 21 June 2015 (UTC)
Keep in mind that PK27 (which features a Gourgeist) along with M18 will be released in theaters before XY082 airs. If need be, the page can be moved and treated the same way Ash's Fletchinder was. - Chosen of Mana 14:27, 9 July 2015 (UTC)

I think Pumpkaboo is going to evolve. I watched the preview and there's a blue light.--Jay 21 (Talk) 21:26, 9 July 2015 (UTC)

Even so, Pumpkaboo evolve by being traded. I'm not entirely sure how a normal trade evolution (No Shelmet and Karrablast) works out in the anime but I still feel that Pumpkaboo will pull a Butterfree on us and leave Jessie's roster for less than an episode if the games are followed. It's what Gourgeist's presence in the Pikachu Special says to me.Sneaking from page to page... It's the page-editing purple ghost... Gengarzilla! 15:51, 15 July 2015 (UTC)

Gourgeist is female ?

Any good proof t oprove this. - unsigned comment from Tekniknaldo1 (talkcontribs)

Jessie states that she didn't realize it was Female, before it evolved. And sign your comments please. --リックEO (メッセージ) 12:47, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

Form Difference Trivia

The Trivia says that Gourgeist is the first non-Temporary Pokémon to have Form Differences, but does that mean we're discarding Cilan's Basculin? Because for me Temporary would be uncaught Pokémon like Meloetta, the Kami Trio (Giovanni), Ash using Vivillon and Bonnie using Flabébé Azure/ChromeVoid42 (talk) 15:26, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

Cilan's Basculin was caught and then released basically right away, making it temporary. Litwick96 (talk) 15:47, 23 July 2015 (UTC)

Seed Bomb

People are saying Jessie commanded her to use Seed Bomb against the Abomasnow, can anybody confirm??RBK (talk) 20:30, 30 July 2015 (UTC)

We've confirmed this but does that mean it used it rather than Leech seed in XY082? Diamond Lanturn CodeName: 05308 21:53, 30 July 2015 (UTC)

Well what was commanded?? If it was commanded to use Leech Seed, then it probably just knows both moves and they just messed up on the animations.RBK (talk) 22:01, 30 July 2015 (UTC)

I think it was Leech Seed, not Seed Bomb. It depends on how you look at it. And the attack was used against Abomasnow, not Mamoswine.--Jay 21 (Talk) 23:03, 30 July 2015 (UTC)

Not really, Jessie commanded Seed Bomb. I'm asking what she commanded in last weeks episode.RBK (talk) 00:58, 31 July 2015 (UTC)

Well from last week's episode it was Leech Seed. And I didn't know It was Seed Bomb it used in XY083 because that attack look similar to Leech Seed.--Jay 21 (Talk) 03:06, 31 July 2015 (UTC)
