Generation VI effect
A Trainer Tips sign along one of the Kalos routes (15?) mentions that Keen Eye ignores the opponent's evasion. Wanting to test it out, I hunted up a wild Smeargle and had it sketch Double Team. Six turns later, I had my Keen Eye Pidgeot hit it with three Feather Dances and one damaging move -- all four of them struck with no questions asked. So yes, a Keen Eye Pokémon using a move with 100% accuracy will never miss the target in Gen VI. (Which is actually kind of cool.) --Stratelier 17:17, 1 November 2013 (UTC)
