This page states that each hit of Beat Up has an independent chance to flinch, while Beat Up's page states it does not. So which is it? --Steeler (talk) 18:49, 6 May 2024 (UTC)

As I worked out with the user(s) who had previously said on Discord that each of Beat Up's hits can trigger King's Rock, that was not the case in Generation II specifically.

The King's Rock check is done outside of the loop, i.e. once, in Generation II, but inside of it (as part of the moveendto command), i.e. multiple times, in Generation III.
