Name Origin
It seems that its English name is a combination of morel (a type mushroom that it also resembles) and lull.AztecCroc (talk) 14:11, 11 August 2016 (UTC)
Fairy typing.
The fairy typing is most likely a reference to west European myth. Mushrooms are closely connected to fairies in west European myth, most notably fairy rings. Mattwo (talk) 19:50, 11 August 2016 (UTC)

- As you can see in the moveset list on the page, Morelull cannot learn Dark Void. Pumpkinking0192 (talk) 16:45, 15 January 2017 (UTC)
